Boy it’s been HOT! It hit 90 degrees in Dana Point today and it was blazin’ all weekend so…….where to go when you live near the ocean? THE BEACH!
On Saturday Mom helped me cool off in the ocean at Treasure Island at the Montage on Saturday. Dogs are allowed on the beach all day again so I’m super happy about that! I love Treasure Island. It’s one of the most beautiful beaches in California.
After the beach we went to one of my FAVORITE restaurants, La Sirena, in South Laguna. There’s lots of outdoor seating for people and their pups. Breakfast, lunch, dinner…..YUM! I love the eggs from Mom’s breakfast burrito or Fish from her tacos! Sometimes I even get my own side of fish or eggs! Wuv It!
Sunday was the hottest day so far. We decided to get out early an have breakfast at Dana Point Harbor. I love eggs from Mom’s egg & spinach wrap and Mom loves to add a fresh juice. That looks pretty yucky to me but she says it makes her feel healthy. I’d rather have plain ol’ grass though.
We took the path around Wind and Sea to Waterman’s and ran into some of the artistic cows which have been hanging out in Dana Point all summer. Proceeds from their sales go towards Ronald McDonald House which I think is super cool.
