Well, actually I’m not strollin’ in this pic – I’m taking a little shady, grass break under the trees on Dana Island – one of mine and Mom’s “go to” spots when we want to check out ocean birds, (the blue heron are Mom’s favorites) and boats. It’s 2 miles around the island if you want a nice stroll or jog.
In the summer we see people and their pups paddle boarding, kids sailing around in the mini rental sailboats, people and pups in boats of all sizes coming and going, big and small picnic groups, people fishing from the rocks and others just sitting in their cars facing the ocean reading books or resting. It’s the perfect place for just about anything! In our non-summer (we rarely have “cold” daytime weather, it’s nice a nice place for some peaceful ocean time.
Oh, by the way, there are lots of water fountains for you and your humans. I highly suggest that your humans bring a nice breakfast from one of the local restaurants, a cup of coffee and of course a great doggy treat and just hang. I hope you love it here as much as Mom and I do!
